Osteopathy patients invited to share stories

Nine out of ten patients think it is important to give feedback to an osteopath about their experience of osteopathic treatment. If you would find it difficult to do that directly or you feel that your story would be of interest to all osteopaths you can give feedback anonymously to the National Council for Osteopathic Research (NCOR) through a dedicated website.

All patients who use osteopathic services are encouraged to provide feedback on their experiences — good or bad on the Patient Reported Experiences of Osteopathic Services (PREOS) website at http://www.ncorpreos.org.uk. People making a report are asked to fill out a short online survey and no login is required.

Stephen; I feel so much better after the treatment. It is quite a remarkable improvement. I have regained almost 100% movement in my thoracic spine and my lower back is gradually loosening up. I can now feel and use my stomach muscles again. Having suffered from a shoulder injury since last September and following unsuccessful physio, I decided to try SW19 Osteopath and Yan-Kei has been amazing. Our 10 week old baby was so tetchy and uncomfortable. He was crying all the time and writhing about seemingly with ongoing pain due to his bubbling tummy. Stephen Beaver held him gently and I don't know what he did, but after a few treatments there are no more issues, and he is a settled happy chap. Stephen also noticed the baby's head was tuning always to one side, and this has also been resolved with treatment. Great result. Thanks so much
