We moved to 35 High Street Colliers Wood, in 2001, after Stephen had been practising from his home for 10 years. He took on associate osteopaths, and the team of highly skilled osteopaths have been helping the local community with all their aches and pains ever since. Our mission is to improve the well being of all who come to us, whether they are babies, children, new mums, older men, sporty types or couch potatoes. We promise to do our upmost to help you to heal from injuries, or accidents, or if your poor posture is giving you a pain in the neck (or legs, shoulders or back, or anywhere else!). Our expert Paediatric Osteopaths can help babies (and parents) to settle and release held tension - giving everyone a better night's sleep. Following a breech caesarean birth, Max developed a tendency to turn his head to one side, and he developed a visibly flattened side of head. After suffering with severe pain in the left hand side of my back, I decided to seek advice from Simon. I had previously sought medical advice, but the condition had not improved. On the first consultation Simon took detailed notes and then suggested that I could be suffering from Spondylosis. He examined my back and spine and found that this was the case. Stephen; I feel so much better after the treatment. It is quite a remarkable improvement. I have regained almost 100% movement in my thoracic spine and my lower back is gradually loosening up. I can now feel and use my stomach muscles again. I have gone from spending two very bad nights as I could not get comfortable in any position and experiencing a succession of very painful and exhausting spasms to being able to sleep on my back and my side. My breathing is also deeper.
