We moved to 35 High Street Colliers Wood, in 2001, after Stephen had been practising from his home for 10 years. He took on associate osteopaths, and the team of highly skilled osteopaths have been helping the local community with all their aches and pains ever since. Our mission is to improve the well being of all who come to us, whether they are babies, children, new mums, older men, sporty types or couch potatoes. We promise to do our upmost to help you to heal from injuries, or accidents, or if your poor posture is giving you a pain in the neck (or legs, shoulders or back, or anywhere else!). Our expert Paediatric Osteopaths can help babies (and parents) to settle and release held tension - giving everyone a better night's sleep. After suffering with severe pain in the left hand side of my back, I decided to seek advice from Simon. I had previously sought medical advice, but the condition had not improved. On the first consultation Simon took detailed notes and then suggested that I could be suffering from Spondylosis. He examined my back and spine and found that this was the case. Following a breech caesarean birth, Max developed a tendency to turn his head to one side, and he developed a visibly flattened side of head. I thought the treatment for pain in my knee was excellent. I felt I was being considered as an individual as Stephen listened to everything I said and gave a treatment appropriate to my needs. His approach was non-invasive. I began to notice an improvement in my knee after a couple of days and the pain has not recurred.
