We moved to 35 High Street Colliers Wood, in 2001, after Stephen had been practising from his home for 10 years. He took on associate osteopaths, and the team of highly skilled osteopaths have been helping the local community with all their aches and pains ever since. Our mission is to improve the well being of all who come to us, whether they are babies, children, new mums, older men, sporty types or couch potatoes. We promise to do our upmost to help you to heal from injuries, or accidents, or if your poor posture is giving you a pain in the neck (or legs, shoulders or back, or anywhere else!). Our expert Paediatric Osteopaths can help babies (and parents) to settle and release held tension - giving everyone a better night's sleep. Stephen; I feel so much better after the treatment. It is quite a remarkable improvement. I have regained almost 100% movement in my thoracic spine and my lower back is gradually loosening up. I can now feel and use my stomach muscles again. I have gone from spending two very bad nights as I could not get comfortable in any position and experiencing a succession of very painful and exhausting spasms to being able to sleep on my back and my side. My breathing is also deeper. Following a breech caesarean birth, Max developed a tendency to turn his head to one side, and he developed a visibly flattened side of head. We were fortunate enough to know Steve's expertise in paediatric osteopathy and it was clear to see how passionate and informed he was regarding treatments and possible outcomes. I saw Yan-Kei Man following a musculoskeletal injury, which she helped me treat. Impressed with Yan-Kei's professionalism and attentiveness, I have since introduced my young kids (3 and 5 years old) to osteopathy. After suffering with severe pain in the left hand side of my back, I decided to seek advice from Simon. I had previously sought medical advice, but the condition had not improved. On the first consultation Simon took detailed notes and then suggested that I could be suffering from Spondylosis. He examined my back and spine and found that this was the case. He is a very caring and conscientious practitioner. I have been treated by Simon on a regular basis and he has made me feel much better and with his treatment and advice, the pain has decreased considerably. I would thoroughly recommend his service.
