Do you sit all day?

As some of you may be sitting at work all day, why not try and integrate a simple core activation exercise?
All you have to do is to contract (tighten) your tummy muscles as you’re breathing in and out. If you find it a bit difficult to do, try doing so laying on the bed first and once you are familiar with it, you’ll be able to do it any time and anywhere.
