Soaking up vitamin D is so important, and being in green spaces with fresh air and trees is proven to help to lift mood, relax anxious thoughts and reset the body from the stresses and strains of life. Take some regular time to be in nature if you can, even if it's not an ideal place. Your local park, or riverside can give your brain and body a boost. Walking is one of the best forms of exercise, which is accessible to most people. Give yourself a break in nature, and enjoy autumn!
