Holistic Therapist

Lara Last is a Massage Therapist, Reflexologist, and an Emmett Technique Practitioner with a wide variety of therapeutic training and skills which means that she is able to respond holistically to the needs of individual.

As a bespoke therapist she has worked within corporate, media and NHS environments and has worked with all age groups and those living with cancer.

She qualified in 2001 with ITEC (International Examination Council), and is a full member of CThA (Complementary Therapy Association). She attends seminars and workshops each year in order to maintain professional development and ensure the highest of standards.

Lara originally trained as a Graphic Designer and experienced a great amount of stress symptoms as a result. Having been through this experience she now specialises in addressing symptoms particularly related to workplace stress, tailoring treatments to the individual patient.

Following a breech caesarean birth, Max developed a tendency to turn his head to one side, and he developed a visibly flattened side of head. We were fortunate enough to know Steve's expertise in paediatric osteopathy and it was clear to see how passionate and informed he was regarding treatments and possible outcomes. Throughout the non-invasive treatment we felt totally at ease with Steve, as did Max who fell asleep! I would highly recommend Steve. We are extremely grateful for his time, care and attention to detail.

Stephen; I feel so much better after the treatment. It is quite a remarkable improvement. I have regained almost 100% movement in my thoracic spine and my lower back is gradually loosening up. I can now feel and use my stomach muscles again. Our 10 week old baby was so tetchy and uncomfortable. He was crying all the time and writhing about seemingly with ongoing pain due to his bubbling tummy. Stephen Beaver held him gently and I don't know what he did, but after a few treatments there are no more issues, and he is a settled happy chap. I saw Yan-Kei Man following a musculoskeletal injury, which she helped me treat. Impressed with Yan-Kei's professionalism and attentiveness, I have since introduced my young kids (3 and 5 years old) to osteopathy.
